Terms and Conditions

For Off-the-peg stationery;

  • The invoice total must be paid in full and questionnaire fully completed before I can create proofs or start working on your order.

  • Once design work has been completed I will send you a digital proof (image in an email) within an agreed time scale. At this point you can make any spelling amendments required or MINOR changes to the layout.

  • Proofs will be marked ‘proof’.

  • Checking spelling, dates, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, postcodes, directions and all of the content within your stationery design is your responsibility. Please check and double check your proof. Once you agree that the design is ready to print, any mistakes within the design are your responsibility.

  • All designs are the property of Satin and Tat and cannot be reproduced or sold without permission.

  • The design created can only be supplied to the client in the form of printed wedding stationery and low res digital proofs.

  • Once design work begins and materials have been purchased for your order (24 hours after payment has cleared) your payment is NON REFUNDABLE in part or in full. I allow 24 hour cooling off period only.

  • For fast tracked orders there may be NO cooling off period.

  • Colours and tones may vary slightly between your digital proof and your final stationery.

  • Colours and tones may vary slightly between any samples ordered and your final stationery although I strive to get them as similar as possible.

  • Colours and tones may vary slightly between each item of stationery for example; between an invite and RSVP.

  • Colours and tones may vary slightly depending on which type of cardstock they have been printed on.

For bespoke stationery;

  • Timescale and dead line will be agreed at the time of ordering.

  • Once design work has been completed I will send you a digital proof (image in an email) within an agreed time scale. At this point you can make any spelling amendments required or MINOR changes to the layout.

  • I am happy to make small changes to the design until you are happy, although if an entirely new design is required a design fee may be payable.

  • If you decide not to go ahead with the design I have produced your design still remains the property of Satin and Tat.

  • In all cases, a bespoke design remains the property of Satin and Tat.

Materials.

  • Card stock and envelopes will contain minor flaws and imperfections (which are of course part of the charm.) This especially applies to ‘hairy manilla’ card and envelopes which include natural flecks.

Delivery.

  • If your package appears to be damaged please check the contents and refuse delivery if necessary so your order can be returned to us and replaced free of charge. Ask the courier or postie to wait while you check and if you are unsure then sign as ‘DAMAGED’. Although this is very rare (it’s only happened once!) if you accept or sign for a package that is damaged there is nothing we can do. Make sure you let family member/work colleagues know too!

  • If a package is undeliverable at the address you have supplied it will be returned to me. You will be invoiced for the full cost of re-dispatching it before it can be sent to you again.

  • If there’s anything here you don’t agree with or if you have any questions then please don’t hesitate to get in touch
